Origin, destination, cargo type, weight or dimensions, and the window you need. Form, email or phone.

A written proposal the same business day: mode, transit indication, documents and the commercial terms.

Execution
We book the carrier, prepare CMR or bill of lading, and handle permits when the cargo requires them.

Delivery
Status updates until proof of delivery. Exceptions are owned by the coordinator on the file.

What types of cargo does Helquad forward?
General cargo, palletised freight, full loads, groupage, containers, air freight and special cargo including oversized, ADR and temperature-controlled.
Is Helquad a freight forwarder or a trucking company?
Helquad is a freight forwarder. We plan and book movements through a vast network of verified carriers. That gives us a wide range of solutions on every lane and keeps us independent.
How fast can I get a freight forwarding quote?
Complete requests receive a written reply the same business day. Complex project cargo may need a longer survey; we tell you if that is the case.
Is international freight insured with Helquad?
Movements are covered by the carrier’s standard liability (CMR on road, equivalent regimes on other modes). Additional cargo insurance can be arranged to the commercial value you declare.
Which shipping documents does Helquad issue?
Typically CMR for road, bill of lading for ocean, air waybill for air, plus commercial invoice handling and packing lists as provided by the shipper.
Do you arrange customs brokerage?
Yes, where the lane requires it. We coordinate with a licensed customs broker and keep formalities in the same file as the transport instructions.

Can you move a shipment across several continents?
