Operating model

We are a freight forwarder, not a fleet owner. Capacity is booked from carriers we have accepted onto the file. That is a deliberate choice: it is how we stay free to pick road, ocean, air or rail instead of filling our own trucks. You still have one commercial counterpart and one coordinator.

Commitments we will keep

• A complete quote request receives a written reply the same business day.
• Every movement has a named coordinator until proof of delivery.
• We state what we cannot do. If a lane, permit or cargo type is outside scope, you hear that before money moves.
• Exceptions are reported; they are not hidden in a tracking link.

Documents and insurance

Road movements travel under CMR. Ocean uses a bill of lading, air an air waybill. Carrier liability is the legal default; we arrange additional cargo insurance when you declare a value that requires it. Customs formalities are coordinated with a licensed broker on lanes that need them.
