Controller
Helquad S.R.L. is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: office@helquad.com. Registered address and VAT number are published on the About page and in the site configuration.
What we collect
Quote forms collect company name, contact name, email, phone, shipment details and any message you send. Server logs may include IP address and user agent for security. We do not run advertising cookies.
Why we process it
We process quote data to respond to your request (pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep a limited record of correspondence (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Consent is requested in the form where required.
Retention
Quote emails are kept as long as needed to handle the file and for the statutory period applicable to commercial correspondence. You may ask for erasure where the law allows.
Recipients
Email is sent through our email provider (Resend). Carriers and customs brokers receive only what is required to execute a booked shipment. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers
If a processor stores data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or your local authority.
